Graphite can support building owners and managers in managing tenant fitouts to ensure the work is undertaken in accordance with the guidelines and the tenants handbook. This can be as a standalone service, or as part of a turn-key solution.

Project Auditing Services

Our in-house team can assess current process inefficiencies, cost and time over-runs and review the procurement strategy with recommendations for improvements. We can also support clients with post contract reviews and lessons learned workshops to ensure continuous development and improvement.

Claims & Dispute Resolution

We are able to carry out a full scope of services in this specialist field, from establishing entitlement, quantum and forensic analysis, amicable settlement negotiation through to expert witness court representation.

Pre-acquisition Services

As industry professionals, we can either represent the Client or integrate directly into the contractors delivery team to set processes and KPI’s, monitor performance, and manage delivery of their projects throughout pre and post-contract stages of work. From the outset our services encompass onboarding of the specialist consultant team, with detailed scope and deliverables for each respective discipline. 

Our dedicated team then fully integrate into the project to ensure time, cost, and quality constraints are met in delivery solutions that align with the client’s vision. We establish and facilitate seamless communications and information flow between stakeholder teams to optimise programme and mitigate delay, taking key decisions on behalf of the client in strict accordance with permissions and objectives agreed at the outset. We continually monitor and track progress and performance, reverting back to the client team with regular and detailed reports, including a detailed narrative on the overriding project financials – providing a continued and transparent overview of the development process.
