Graphite shall compile pre tender estimates and bills of quantities (subject to requirements) in the pre-approved method of measurement. The BOQ will be developed in draft for use in cost planning and ultimately developed for tender issue. Graphite shall assist with the compilation of the tender documents including the drafting of the contract documents to accompany the tender. We will support the Lead Consultant who will be responsible for compiling the final tender document for release to tenderers. Graphite shall be responsible for finalizing and issuing the contract for signature post tender for award. During the tender period Graphite will provide suitable responses to any commercial tender queries and clarifications requested from the tenderers.
