The reflective qualities of water plays an important role in the Reflection House (5 bedroom Villa). The invigorating water defines the property limit at the front and flows inside the living room as an extension of the spectacular swimming pool. Also as an extension from the office located next to the entrance, the garage becomes a pergola that accommodates driver’s room.

Reflection Villa

Between the landscape and the light grey concrete texture, the double height entrance is visually connected to the water feature with the sea as a background. Polished concrete flooring and white ceilings emphasizes the contemporary concrete texture.

The structural axis define the direction of the main walls which generate 3 bays, the bedrooms are located in the side bays to gain natural light into the bathrooms. The family room is located centrally, gaining views to the beach and back to the entrance.
